These are 5 mg gummies. Misleading that serving size is 2 gummies. I take 3 as I find sleep easier after 3.

I use the melatonin almost every night. It’s very effective. The only thing is it says 10 mg on the jar; however, it’s a 5 mg dose per gummy, so if you want 10 mg, you would have to take two. The strawberry flavor is really good. and so far there are no side effects
