Great starter set for sourdough baking
These proofing baskets are fantastic! I got into the sourdough trend this year (a little late, I know) and had been using a colander lined with a tea towel to proof my dough in the fridge. These banneton baskets definitely upleveled my game and now let me proof and bake two loaves at once. I just cover them with a shower cap in the fridge and let them proof overnight - works perfectly. They’re lightweight, hold their shape well, and are easy to clean after use. The included dough whisk is also great and makes mixing the starter and dough much easier. Overall, this is a solid set for anyone getting serious about sourdough baking.

Great set -- everything you need!
I recently decided to return to artisan baking and bought this set. It's perfect! I just baked my first boule in ten years, and it came out perfect. It was lovely to get everything I needed in a convenient set. Highly recommended!

Great kit but not the highest quality
Love everything that comes in this kit just be aware it might not be the best quality. The dough whisk broke before I was even able to mix my first loaf.

I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and make Einkorn sour dough bread once a week. This is a great set. It has served me well to get started baking bread.

The bench scraper is extremely durable and doesn't rust easily. The blade is a little finicky to attach for the first time, but afterwards it holds up well. The basket nets are nice after they've been washed and help with sticky dough as long as sufficient flour is used.
