Worked well in Pad Thai
I was making a Pad Thai recipe that called for red Thai curry powder. This seemed to fit the bill. It has a nice curry flavor that was definitely noticeable in the finished dish without being overpowering or off in any way that I noticed. It definitely lent a nice Thai flavor to the food.It is packaged a bit oddly, the "can" is foil lined cardboard (a bit like a Pringles can) and the powder was in a plastic zip top bag inside. I used all of this little can in one shot so it wasn't a big deal to me.
