Worth. Every. Single. Penny!!!
My little Kebtex pruner is THE best power tool I've ever owned. Lightweight, easy to use, loooooonnnggg battery life (and it comes with 2 so you can work as long as you want to.) I bought a house in 2024 that had 8 overgrown 10-12' shrubs which wanted to be smaller and less leggy and had shocking amounts of dead twigs and branches from being pruned into big balls. They have all been pruned back into shape and I've cleaned up 4 large, fallen branches from an old Thundercloud purple plum tree with just this tool and a reciprocating saw. It makes short work of anything 1" or smaller just as it promises. I've had this pruner for almost a year now, and use it at least 3 times a week. It makes short work of everything small enough for its powerful little jaws to cut, but it's highly manuverable so easy to get into tight spaces and work on delicate plants. It's super easy to clean up with mild soap and water, and I haven't even had to change to the extra blade it comes with yet! It's comfortable to hold for a long time, makes clean cuts and turns itself off if you set it down and walk away. I have no idea how long it will last, but from what I've already put it through, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one when this one quits. It has saved me hundreds, (maybe thousands!) of dollars in arborists pruning costs, and allows me to work slowly so I can make the correct cuts to bring the plants in the yard back to their natural beauty.

Great Tool
This Kebtek pruner is just incredible. This is my first cordless pruner though for years I have used ratchet type manual pruners. I developed tendonitis about 15 years ago from pruning mainly 15 fruit trees here at home with manual type pruners. Try as I may the tendonitis won't go away so this year I decided to try a battery powered type pruner and hopefully give myself a break. I did a fair amount of reading reviews and watching videos here on Amazon with different pruners and decided to go with this Kebtek based on reviews but more important to me was its weight factor which is 1lb 15oz with the battery installed. Being under 2 lbs I could use it all day non stop. Next with its size I knew it would be easily manueverable up in trees, the battery holds an incredibly long charge. I easily pruned 7 fruit trees that I had let go the previous year with the first battery and in probably 1/3 the time it would have taken with my manual pruners. Keep in mind you get 2 batteries, a charger, and a great case come with the Kebtek. 90% of what I pruned was 3/4" but I did cut branches here and there that were 1 and 1/4" in diameter with no problem. The Kebtek is a by-pass type as opposed to an anvil type pruner. Simple to use but it can be dangerous. READ THE DIRECTIONS. ABOVE ALL PAY ATTENTION AND KEEP YOUR FREE HAND AWAY FROM THE TOOL AT ALL TIMES. MAKE NO MISTAKE THIS IS A SERIOUS TOOL NOT A TOY. The following was not in the manual. I wanted the blades closed when I put the tool away to better protect the blade edges and an Amazon user told me how to do it. To close the blades when you are done, hold the trigger down until you hear a beep keep holding the trigger a couple seconds longer and you will hear a short second beeping sound, remove your finger from the trigger and the blades should remain closed. Always remove the battery before leaving the tool so as to prevent someone activating the tool and getting hurt. The Kebtek is a great tool and the quality standard is impressive. I bought the Kebtek here at Amazon. I was not reimbursed in any way for my review.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these pruners.
These pruners are absolutely fantastic. Total game changer for my gardening. They prune without any effort as well and can prune a fairly thick branch. I actually cut out about 50 Cherry Laurel runners in less than 10 minutes. At first I was hesitant as they need to be oiled after every few hours of running, but after Googling what oil works best, I bought Singer Sewing machine oil for about $6.00, so no big deal. I highly recommend them for any person who likes (or, in my case, needs) to do pruning in the yard. AND, boy, are they sharp. Definitely use caution when pruning and wear gloves.

A game changer for gardeners with backyard orchards and/or issues affecting their hands / arms
I LOVE this pruner! Me: a small but avid gardener, prone to musculoskeletal issues in my neck, arms, and hands if I’m not careful. This includes coming down with tennis elbow (tendinitis) early in this year’s pruning season, leaving my trees to live their best life on the wild side. My backyard orchard: 20+ fruit trees, in addition to grapes, berries, and roses. In other words, tons of pruning. Enter the Kebtek electric pruning shears. I was afraid that the weight of them and/or the movement of pulling the trigger would aggravate my tendinitis, but it has not done so in the least, and I’ve actually managed to catch up on much of the pruning that I missed earlier in the season without re-injuring myself. It is light weight, comfortable, and easy to handle. It cuts like butter through everything that it is designed to cut through. (I want to keep this thing happy and in good working condition, so I am careful to pull out my trusty bear saw if I need to cut anything thicker than an inch or so). There was a minor issue when I discovered that the manual that came with my pruning shears was for a slightly different model than the one I received, with different instructions for how to take out the battery. I emailed customer service for clarification. They responded by the next business day with clear instructions, including a picture, and offered to send me the updated manual or a tool belt for my troubles. I was impressed with the quick and thorough response. After injuring myself a number of times pruning, I was honestly worried that I was going to have to take out some or all of my backyard orchard. This thing has been a game changer. I highly recommend it.

Good for price I suppose...why not be great?
There's a few things wrong that could be fixed so easily as with most purchases on Amazon these days...it boggles the mind. Instruction Manual is for a completely different model, on a completely different battery platform and is absolutely useless. All of the pictures, specs, procedures are wrong. English translation barely makes sense anyway, had it been correct. This is always a confusing one because I'm sure there's a bunch of people like me that would help translate manuals for all these amazing products for free just to make the world a little better & easier for everyone else. They obviously took the time to make a nice color manual with great pictures and diagrams...why not just do it right? Now onto the tool I received. I am weary of the big brands making all their proprietary batteries way overpriced & impossible to use for anything else, open, repair cells, etc that I REALLY APPRECIATE a battery pack that opens with phillips screw driver and then you can do whatever you want. AMAZING if you like DIY projects. Love that part. There is the fairly standard +, -, & T terminals on the pack...but oddly the 3rd terminal (T temperature) doesn't have a mating terminal on the tool...it doesn't connect to anything. While I think temp is important with lithium cells, sometimes using that actually leads to more problems than it solves, so doesn't bother me...just a curiosity. These are not commercial grade shears. If you treat them well, and use them for what they are, these are absolutely amazing. Why not just pay attention to the small things like including the proper manual and better language translations and it will stop being a frustrating experience for everyone.

What a great tool
We run a small organic market garden farm and this is made more difficult by our age. My wife has fairly severe arthritis in her hands and pruning is progreesively worse on her hands as the years tick by. I figured out a solution, buy an electric pruner, and began researching things. After looking at every option I decided on this particular trimmer based on the reviews, low cost, and YouTube video reviews. It costs a bit more than others in the lower end, but so far this thing has been a very good deal. Today we went out and did our fruit trees and the thing took the project down to just a few hours. The cuts are cleaner and we got the job done a bit closer than usual since we could cut closer to the pruning ring without as much effort. Normally we'd take a few days to finish the trees. I tried it on some bamboo I have in pots and it sliced right through a three quarter inch stalk cleanly and without any hesitation. Normally I'd need to get my reciprocating saw and fine tooth blade out to cut the stuff. The battery doesn't seem to have been used and it has me wondering how much juice is left in the first battery, but the kit came with two batteries so it seems there's little reason to worry. This is a great little tool and well worth the money.

Excellent tool greatly eases trimming of shrubs
This electric pruning clipper is compact, well balanced, and easy to handle. It fits very comfortably in the hand for both myself and my wife. The blades operate quickly and with enough power to easily cut through branches up to about an inch in diameter. It operates for a long time on a battery charge. The clipper comes with two batteries, a charger that can charge both at once, tools for changing blades, and a nice case. My wife and I both have some arthritis in our hands, and our hands aren’t as strong as when we were younger. This clipper makes it possible for us to painlessly and quickly trim our shrubs and small trees. It’s a great tool.

Make a hard job easier. Great tool.
These electric pruners are brilliant, they’re strong and light weight, the small battery allows for access to tight areas, yet lasts for hours, and you have a spare ready should you need it. All comes in an easy to open and close case, that’s clear to see being bright orange. I have no doubt that these will take a finger off, so please concentrate when using. Would definitely recommend.

Also immer sehr überlegt und vorsichtig arbeiten!
