V-200 Protective Sealers utilize Vital Coats unique acrylic resin. It is a two part system that requires it to be mixed with Vital Coat Activator. Both formulations include additional coupling agents that impart superior adhesion and strength properties. As a result, the amount of time needed to reach strength and cure is significantly reduced. These formulations will yield a water resistance shell within two hours of application which is a great advantage in case of chance of rain or other exposure to moisture. V-200 Protective Sealer have an accelerated cure rate coating that has certain chemical resistance in 14 hours at ambient temperatures. The ambient dried coating will have excellent resistance to solvents such as Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK), Acetone and Isopropyl Alcohol. Detergents and cleaners will not remove this coating. It also resists staining.
