HD is HD only, does not come with any others hardware or software. Use your existing HD caddy, rails, cover, adapters, and or screws to install to new HD. If you do not have others existing hardware's, you will need to purchase them. HD is blank, will not boot or recognize until proper OS installed. Change your boot sequence in bios to DVD/CD 1st and HD 2nd and Use your FULL version OS disk to boot and install OS. Additional drivers are also need to be installed.
