German Bull GB106-BRK Stockman

Beautiful pocketknife. Beautiful craftsmanship with a lovely one-of-a-kind stag body. It is well-weighted with excellent balance, and the curve of the body lends itself well to holding and applying pressure. The point on the clip point is extremely needle-sharp; even casual pressure will pierce a finger without effort. (I tend to "fidget" with knives in my pocket and drew blood more than once before learning to leave this blade alone.) The end with the coping blade opens at a 180-degree angle to the slope of the knife, so it doesn't open "flat" relative to the full body; this is obviously on purpose and gives a unique angle for the coping blade. I don't know enough about coping blades to determine whether this is an advantage or not but it has not detracted from the knife so far.I do wish the coping blade were more of a true coping blade, with the edge being completely flat all the way to a pointed edge instead of turning slightly upward like a spey blade. It's a bit of a hybrid between the two blade types and if I were selling this knife I would advertise it as a spey blade. So I was slightly disappointed in that respect. Still, overall it's a great pocketknife and I have tremendously enjoyed it.

What can you say, Lucky to even find someone selling the German Bull brand.
