Nice vitamin
My husband takes these supplements and he is 6’ 6”. They are a standard pill size and easy to swallow, smaller than most pills. There is no after taste or known side effects. He has been taking these same vitamins for a couple years with no issues. They are reasonable in cost and a good quantity. Because he is on so many meds it’s hard to tell if they specifically make a difference but we like to think they have an overall benefit.

I really like these Centrum Silver Minis. The tablets are smaller and much easier to swallow than regular multivitamins. Nice option.
Each one is kind of like taking the tiny round red vits from years ago but with added minerals. I don't believe we need the big vit pills when most foods are enriched and or you eat a balanced diet. They are small narrow shaped and probably easy to swallow for folks that have that issue.

This medicine delivered on May 7 2023 with expiry date of July 2023 only about 80 days. The bottle has 280 capsule. Am I supposed to eat the whole bottle now?
