love it, love it, love it!
EXTREMELY happy with this purchase. we just finished building our new home and had an unusual and large tub. the kind that should have a wall at both ends... but doesn't. could not find a curtian rod ANYWHERE that would do the job. we found one that was close on another site but it would've cost us at least $130. this was easy to install (so i heard) and has been working great for the last 3 months we've been using it. the hooks and sliders it came with look and feel cheap, but they've held solid the whole time.**ADDED April 2014**It has been up for over 3 years now. Still holding up great. The little plastic hook/slides are still ALL intact. They get hung up occasionally in the joints, but with a little finesse they come around. Still 100% satisfied with the product.

bendable shower curtain - It works!!
So I purchased the bendable shower curtain and installed it in a corner shower. The installation was pretty simple. The rod bent nicely to form a 3-sided shape matching the corner stall on the floor. I placed the rod on a counter top, placed a board on top of the rod and then used another board to bend down the rod using the counter top's edge. This allowed me to get nice bends in the rod. Next, I used a reciprocal saw to cut the rod to the appropriate length for my project. I will try to add pictures after posting this review.Overall, the products works well. The only reason for the 4 stars is the overall quality. I believe that the plastic hooks that hold the curtain to the rod will not last long unless you are gentle every time you move the shower curtain. So far I have not broken any. Luckily, this set comes with 24 hooks. You only need 12 for a standard curtain, so you are left with plenty of spare ones. My reason for using this product was to provide a cheap solution to completing a corner shower. Using the traditional glass corner walls and doors easily exceeded $500 in parts alone. This $70 product was ideal for my extra bathroom.

I'll have to take a pic tomorrow, looks great and is just what I wanted.
Just uploaded a pic of how I used it. Made a tiny bath for my father, who's 89. The shower stall is small. Took the surround off (it was too tight to get in for him to be showered) and put this up. I used only one ceiling support in the middle of the flat area where shower door was. It works great. Below is original post:I just remembered it was missing the two screws for the ceiling mounts but I found some small electronics screws laying around that were the perfect size. It demands very small screws in this spot. So, getting it laid out is a tad tricky. In a perfect world it wouldn't have been thus but I had to compensate in my head for the extra half inch here and 1/4 inch there because you lay it out somewhere other than where it winds up. Some hack sawing is required, fyi. If I had a partner to help perhaps I wouldn't have had to shut my eyes for a moment to sort some things out before I got frustrated and made an irreparable error. I Popped back up with my dilemma worked out and got it done in no time. I imagine each configuration presents its own challenges. Truly looks like it was made for the shower. Ingenious product.

Does the job, just not high quality
We've had this in the house for a while and just got around to installing it last night. I have years of experience installing tracks like this, so installation was pretty simple. I'm not sure how easy installation would be otherwise. Bending it was relatively simple - we used a bucket and weight for leverage. It fits pretty good and does what it's supposed to. I have 2 main gripes about the assembly. First is that the splices where the tracks meet - which you HAVE to use because that's where the ceiling mounts attach - are not that great. They don't provide any sort of adjustments to allow the tracks to meet smoothly. This creates a gap sometimes, even if the track ends line up perfectly. Which leads to gripe #2 - the carriers. They are just molded plastic meant to slide through the bottom part of the channel. There are no rollers, no smooth surfaces gliding past each other. They are cheap and cheesy, and for the price you pay for this assembly, I would have expected more. Because of the cheapness of the carriers, the splice issues are exacerbated, thus requiring more care in opening and closing the curtain than you might want to muster first thing in the morning. Ultimately, it does the job, where there was really no other similar product out there. But overall, the quality here is lacking.

LOVE IT!!
In March, I decided to remodel my shower. After all the tile was up I called to get estimates for a frameless glass shower door and quickly realized I needed to save some more money. In the meantime, I was tired of sharing a shower with my roommate so I looked online and found this Bendable Shower Curtain Rod. I read reviews and I was instantly sold. It arrived in 2 days and I put it up by myself in about an hour. Many of the reviews said to have 2 people and it would have been easier but I figured it out mostly without the directions, they were not a big help to me. (Especially concerning the ceiling mount that was a little tricky.) Also, if it's helpful to know. I did not screw it into the tile itself. This is only a temporary solution for me.The product itself is so great. You can literally just bend it however you need it to go. Because this is temporary for me, I bent it in all kinds of ways and it works great. I did have to buy 2 shower curtains due to the sides I needed cover. Something else to think about when you are out buying. :)Anyway, definitely worth the money! I could see this working really well in an outdoor shower also. :)
