Didn't work for me....I will stick with berberine which does the trick, 30-40% drop in sugar testing-even more when I eat right and walk. Packing of capsules looks kind of amateurish: a few were empty, and levels were inconsistent from capsule to capsule.On the plus side, shipping was quick!

Good deal, I use four a day and it beats back the blood glucose enough to take me out of the type two range.Not expensive as they do seem to work for what I use them for.

This stuff works for me! I got some of the New You brand here on Amazon because the price was good, and it didn't do a thing for my blood sugar levels. I went back to this and I'm happy! Trouble is I have two bottles of the New You I can't use.

Well the item came in good order. We'll see if it helps with my blood sugar numbers. They seem less than Han before, but I've been taking it for about a week now. I have confidence that it will continue to get better.
