Diffuser does not work.

The media could not be loaded. I have received a lot of essential oils to use over the past year. I have been using them topically and would have really like to try out a diffuser. Since it got really cold out, I my allergies have kicking in, this arrived just in time.This oil diffusers is nice and small. It is a black bulbous shape with a nice silver oval on top. The sleek, minimalist design is perfect for using on top of a dresser or in a living room.Setting up the diffuser is really easy. Just add water, a few drops of oil, and you are good to go. I like that this diffuser came with a cup to carry the water, however, the cup was to small. I needed to make two trips. Double the cup and that would have been nice.Once full, you can change the effect of the diffuser by the push of a button. This diffuser emits a nice mist. The mist is very small in that it will not ruin papers and leave wet messes. It is strong enough that it will carry the oils all over the room. It has such balance, I am loving it.As for the noise factor, this diffuser is pretty quite. There is a very slight hum and from time to time you can hear slight water movements. The noises are so soft, unless you are specifically listening for them, they will not disrupt you.Overall I am thrilled to have this diffuser. It looks great, has a few settings and lasts for up to 8 hours. I was very pleasantly surprised on how well this diffuser performs. I had one (different brand) in the past that was awful. This one was simple to set up. Fill it up with water to the fill line, add about 5 drops of essential oil, plug it in, turn it on..... and voilà!! It will run for 8 hours (per the box) and cut off by itself once it runs out of water (or you manually push the button to turn it off). I let it run all night while I sleep. It says it will run for 8 hours but mine ran for almost 12 when I filled it to the max fill line. There is an optional very, very faint blue light inside of it. Push the button twice and the light turns off. It has the tiniest, slight hum if you listen really hard. It's not annoying though. The diffuser will automatically shut off if it runs out of water (or gets pushed off the table by the cat) which was a major plus for me. The best part is there is no oily residue on the areas surrounding the diffuser. Now, if you put 10 plus drops of oil in it.....you might get some oily residue. So don't do that. Mine diffuses very strongly with only 5 or 6 drops. My favorite essential oils are made by Edens Garden (their lavender and Relaxation blend are great). This diffuser uses regular 'ole tap water. No filtered, distilled or bottled needed. My iron is more higher maintenance than this thing. The only critical feedback I could note is that maybe it would be great if it came in some other colors like white, beige.... Other than that, it's a pretty solid item and a recommended product. I got this awhile ago but didn't get a chance to test it out since I didn't have any essential oils. I just recently gotten some lavendar and tea tree oil. The diffuser is easy to use and I like the fact that you use warm tap water vs distilled water like some other models. It's easy to use and the unit is pretty quiet and not too loud. It provides a nice white noise when I use it at night when I am sleeping. It has a mode where you can have the light off or the light on. With the light on, it provides a soft light at night but not bright enough as a nightlight in my opinion. Overall, I think this is a good diffuser. The media could not be loaded. This is a very sleek, professional looking oil diffuser by Greenair. This particular diffuser was the simplest diffuser I've ever dealt with, all you have to deal with is just a base & a lid. The one thing that I love is it only wants you to use tap water(warm). Just add water to the cup, pour it in the base, add a few drops of the any oil you desire, put lid on, & turn it on with a simple push of a button. That is all! It is the perfect size for a night stand, counter, desk, etc. I currently have it on my kitchen bar & I can smell my lavender oil while sitting about 7 ft away. It is very quiet, with a soft water sound, that is basically unnoticeable. It does have a blue night light feature that is not bright at all, just lights up the very top of the diffuser where the mist comes out, not noticeable from afar.
