Good quality, good fit, good product.
I purchased one as a sample in hopes of avoiding those face cradle creases for my massage clients. It's nice quality, washes up well, and feels comfy. It's plenty large for my face cradle (with fleece cover) and doesn't obscure the opening for the face as some tighter-fitting covers will do. I can't say there are no facial creases with this cover, but I think they're less prominent. A good product. I will be buying more.

Comfortable but develops holes in the seams
I love this face rest cover. It's big enough to cover the Biaonce (sp?) face cradle or my normal one with a fleece cover. People also seem to have less face wrinkles and sinus problems when I use this. I've purchased two of these covers. One developed a hole after I only washed it twice. The other one has been washed maybe 10 times and is still in good shape.
