bought size 4 before these, they didn't hold 100mg like they should and were so tiny it made them hard to fill.decided to try two sizes bigger and these turned out to be an excellent size for cats.. this size is big enough to hold at least 100mg of crushed antibiotics plus more but, not so big in size that it makes cat gag. capsules goes right down their throat with syring pill pusher thingie easily.these will also be great to half supplement capsules i no longer need so much of and therefore can't use them because of it..

For a little over a year my cat has been taking medication that he hates and tastes horrible. These capsules are perfect - I can fill them with powdered meds or with pill halves to I can pill him easily without him having to deal with the terrible taste. He takes the pills easily with a pill syringe, and it makes medication time way less traumatic for the both of us. He just sits politely until I've given him all his meds instead of trying to escape! What a lifesaver.

These are excellent capsules and better than many we've used in our charity's animal rescue facility. My wife, a former ICU nurse, invented the method of putting cats' multiple small pieces of medicines all together in a capsule, thus keeping the cats from tasting the cut-up meds, being scratched by the sharp edges and having to be force fed multiple pills. Try it...it works like a charm!

I take some DoTerra essential oils internally every day, and prefer to swallow them in capsule form instead of mixing with water. This capsule size is just right for that. The caps are easy to fill, fasten securely, and are easy to swallow.

only complaint is I wish they came in a bottle instead of a bag. there's a lot of them and I don't have an old medicine bottle to hold them all.but the're easy to fill and swallow

I bought these for when I make my own herbal supplements. Easy to take apart, no taste, and perfect size for my use. Couldn't be happier with the good value.

They're just what a capsule should be. I have only found 1-2 damaged or separated ccapsules in the 1000 count bag, but I've only used about half of them so far. Still, very good. what else to say?
