Good book but don’t release a book on kindle with unreadable content. Entire chapters are far less useful bc the charts are unreadable with microfont.

This is a must read for business owners and accountants. This is not taught in school. Very useful way to utilize financial data to help business owners make the right decisions for the right reasons.

I loved Crabtree's first book so much that I probably purchased 10 or more books just to send to my entrepreneur friends. This 2nd book is even better! It dives into the one topic I found the most useful from his first book, which is the Labor Efficiency Ratios. The ability to scale a business often depends on the financial strength of the company and its revenue sources, this book gives you the playbook to make that happen. Highly recommend this book for anyone in business.
