My husband does heavy lifting at work. His lower back used to hurt every day after work. This belt has helped tremendously. It’s adjustable which is helpful. Only drawback is it does get sweaty underneath, but that’s understandable. Made well.

Rolls over and pokes you in the ribs
The very first time I put this on, I felt great back support. About an hour later, it had migrated up my torso. Sitting is impossible because the support bars jab into your ribs. I tried to make it tighter and that was WAY worse, I put it on loosely and it just shifted all over my torso, offering no support. I tried wearing clothes of different thicknesses under it with no solution. Sadly, I would not recommend this to anyone without a set of six-pack abs or anyone who likes to sit down ever.
