The bands were great but the red and the black one seem to snap faster. But I worked out with them religiously for at least three months. So I have to replace the red one and the black one they got a tear just by using them. But overall I would say it’s a pretty good product I would buy more

As an added bonis it comes with a convenient bag I can use to store them right under my desk so they're always readily available for me to use. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to easily add more exercise to the life, especially while stuck at home.
