These fit in my shoes well and are well made and durable. I think there are some alternatives from other materials where you cut out your own that could save some $, but these are simple and work. I set them out in the sun for a day as needed to deodorize. Wiping down would be fine too.

These are great. I was able to select the lift size, which was helpful although I did have to trim them for my shoe since these are made for men and I wear a women's size 7. I like that you get a few int he pack so I was able to insert in a few different pairs of shoes without needing to change them from shoe to shoe. My doctor actually recommended these for me, and I am very glad he did. They have held up over time and are very comfortable without any collapse or braking down over time (I was told that the foam ones will break down and not provide long term support). I definitely recommend.

I use an insert in my right shoe and this rubber insert slides around inside my house shoes. Seems to work well on tennis shoes, though.

I've had lower back pain ever since I was a teenager (about 20 years). I had visited a few chiropractors over the years, none of which really did anything that helped long term. When I moved to the Pacific Northwest, I decided to try yet any chiropractor, as my pain had only increased. He found the problem! An x-ray of my hips showed that I had a birth defect, where one leg was 1/2" longer than the other. As a result, my hips were constantly unbalanced, leading to discomfort in my lower back. I went straight home and found this product.I'm not going to lie, the first few weeks of using one of these were actually pretty uncomfortable. I think this is because my back and hip muscles weren't used to this new positioning, so they were going through an adjustment phase. After a few weeks, though, that pain subsided and I have literally had zero lower back pain since. This completely surpassed my expectations! If you have the same problem I do, this may be the answer to your prayers! I don't leave home without one.

The lifts seem to be sturdy and durable. They are flexible, and are quite comfortable in my shoe. However, they are slightly sticky. That's probably good to keep them from sliding around in one's shoe, but unfortunately it also means that they collect lint from my socks.UPDATE: after using for a few months, they began to crack down the middle.

If you need a heel lift, these are inexpensive and work great. Because they are rubber, they are comfortable and don't slide around. You can drop it into the shoe or put it under the shoe's insole.

The lifts do the job I need them to do. They help me to walk straight and stop the pain in my right hip which is partly caused by my left leg needing a lift. I like having a 3 pack because I do not have to change the lift from one shoe to a new shoe all of the time. It can stay in my favorite shoes all the time.
