Ican be a vanilla snob, and this is a favorite. It has a nice, mild aroma. You don't get that alcohol smell. The flavor is smooth. The bottle size is great for the price.

Worst Vanilla Extract Ever Purchased
I open this vanilla extract last (Thursday, November 14,2024) night to make my sweet potato filling for my Thanksgiving pies. After tasting the filling, it tasted as though I didn't add any vanilla extract. Therefore, I decided to pour some in a measuring spoon to taste. There ISN'T any vanilla bean smell nor taste in this Extract. The only thing I smell and taste is alcohol...Worse extract I every purchased. This product needs to be taken off Amazon and the market👎🏽 Zero Stars
