disappointed
I'm very disappointed with the vibroplat, I opened it today to assemble it and saw that it came with a broken side, whoever packed it already knew, because the piece that belongs to the broken part is not in the box, I paid for it and it came broken, very sad, no I recommend it. Disappointed if I buy and pay I want the quality I bought, if I wanted broken I would buy it cheaper

Have Faith...
The product arrived in amazing time, I was really impressed. There was a missing screw (which wasn't a make or break issue for me), but once the machine was set up and ready to go, the vibration plate didn't vibrate. Communications with seller didn't seem to be getting far; but once we were able to speak directly with the team, we were able to come to an agreeable resolution. We are now awaiting collection of the Faulty machine, and Replacement - due tomorrow. All going well, I am sure the replacement will be worth the initial disappointment.

Brakes not long after purchase
Broke after 2 months use unable to return as you only have a month to do so. The plate sounds like a metal pole going round a washing machine on the spin cycle. It is now unusable

Disappointed
Arrived quickly well within guide time.Bought to replace previous one which had broken. Quiet to begin with however, within 8 days became very noisy.At present in communication with seller but not happy with item or lack of response from seller. Amazon have however, been helpful

Return charge £30, poor communication and machine not adequate for workouts
Not sure where to start. So this machine is a swaying type but it is fast swaying so it feels a little like vibrations. Nowhere near as good as vibrapower. I dont think exercises on it will gives you any effects. Another thing is be careful with buying as return is not that easy. The seller will charge you £30 for return and you have to communicate through amazon customer service other wise they seller will not respond to you. In general I am very disappointed with that purchase .
