Mix those ingredients together, dunk chicken tenders in some egg and into the mixture and onto your baking mat placed ontop of cookie sheet. Put a bit of coconut oil on each and bake at 450 until crispy! Great, no?As far as I am concerned, I bought this product after having read the following review entitled "This chef's favorite way to bake" writen by a customer named Shelleyz; I recommend you read it if you want to buy this great mat.In general, I would say it is a nice red and white mat visually speaking, and it perfectly fits baking sheet which dimension are 11.6*16.5". So far so good. The price was reasonable.To test it out I baked some rolls on in at 375 in the oven on an aluminum sheet pan. Even though the rolls didn't burn, after cleaning the sheet it left slightly discolored rings where the rolls were. I don't think it will affect performance. I handwashed it, and will handwash these only. I used to run the Silpat in the dishwasher many many times, and have since read that best to handwash these only.The fiberglass mesh that's embedded in the silicone is much finer/closer than the mesh of the Silpat that I have that's close to 10 years old (and still works fine, I might add). Come to think of it, these sheets feel slightly thinner and lighter than the Silpat. Don't know if that will impact the quality or durability, we'll sellFor the price, if I can get the same usage out of this sheet as I got from my Silpat, I'll be happy.

Pretty awesome for the price, but not the best grade of silicone, not very thick, and the red outer edge starts to fall off after about a week of daily use. Still a good mat, safe, and shouldn't cause any problems. Worth the money.If you want a better silpat, get a better paycheck.

I have not used a baking mat before and on a recommendation from a friend I bought one and now have been using it.Boy this mat makes clean up so easy!With kids in the house helping with the baking this makes baking with everyone much easier.Sometime I dread the clean up, soaking and scraping pans clean. Now that is not an issue.When I ordered the mat, it came right away and when I emailed a question, I got a quick helpful response.I recommend this baking mat to anyone who uses an oven, it is great!

Everything they say it is. Works great! So easy to clean up. My daughter loves using it. I just don't care for the color.

Great! Stained a bit but I don't mind. Food just slides right off. Don't have to buy parchment paper anymore and the food I'm baking doesn't stick the cookie sheet.

These are better than Silpats because they have no metal making them microwave safe. A small one would fit great in the microwave.

I purchased this item for a cookie sheet for a shower present. The description said the mat would fit the cookie sheet but when it came it was not the size advertised. I sent it back for a refund and ordered another brand which fit perfectly.
