Does this fit a 2010 ram 1500 big horn

I can say they fit my '12 Ram R/T that had the sport mirrors. Bolted right up, plugged right in and everything worked as it should.

Are these power fold in or manual?

Manual fold in. Main mirror is elec tilt. The mirrors fit good, we're easy to install and a great value for the money. Just don't drive around like a hoochie with them partially flipped up at an angle.

Why do my lights on the mirrors not work? I have a 2012 ram 1500

Alot of the Rams after the Fiat/Chrysler and Ram split now have something like a service code thats programed into your Body Control Module that tells your computer that those lights even exist. given that you have a 1500 and tow mirrors are typically only on 2500+, you'll most likely have to go to a Mopar Service Center and tell the Service Advisor that you need Sales Code LEB added to your vehicle

2010 dodge ram 2500- mirror directions adjustments are opposite. lr adjust up and reverse. any advice on how to correct?

They do not. You have to counter adjust.
