Guitarist Denise Mercedes formed the band in 1977 with Patrick Mack on guitars and vocals, Nick Marden on bass and after trying out the likes of Jerry Nolan (Heartbreakers, NY Dolls) and Johnny Blitz (Dead Boys) on drums, settled on a then 11 year old Harley Flanagan (Cro Mags, Harley's War). This CD and LP is the long-awaited reissue of the celebrated ROIR cassette. It's more than just a record, it's a piece of New York punk history!
