Candy Land Mini Gingerbread House Kit

This is an excellent *little* gingerbread house. The pieces are very thick and sturdy. In fact, I was quite surprised at just how solid they were. You may need to use a great deal of frosting to attach the parts properly, but in the end, you’ll have a durable house if you ensure their attached well. I would caution though that before decorating, you need to allow ample time (i.e. 24 hrs) for the house to dry. Finally, do note that it is a very small gingerbread house. Make sure you want a mini. :)

This kit is very small, not sturdy crumbly very difficult to hold together with the white icing that was sent with it. It’s the worst product I’ve received from Amazon and all the years I’ve been I’ve been ordering from Amazon. It’s just it advertises us as a candy land gingerbread house to go with a Candyland game and it’s just it just doesn’t measure up. It’s just too tiny and like I said it crumbles it won’t stand up. I don’t see where the top pieces off of the top of it to enclose it I don’t know so I’m just sorry that I purchased them in that I wasn’t aware before that they wouldn’t work out, but I will never purchase those again and I suggest that if you want to be frustrated, don’t buy these if you wanna relax, do not buy these you do not pick you cannot pick you cannot put them together easily. It’s just I don’t know it just didn’t work. Not a good product.

The granddaughters had the BEST time with these—they’re now a Thanksgiving tradition after our meal. The girls sit at the table and each decorate a house. They take it very seriously, too—much, much fun for all of us watching them. This was year #2 and I expect it’s a part of years to come, too.

Extremely small and disappointing for the price. Would have returned however had already hyped up the activity and didn’t have time to return. Agree with others, would have been better off with a box of graham crackers and a jar of frosting.

Cute idea, except the box was open and the gingerbread was cracked. Also, it is small.

My grandson loved this kit! Will definitely be buying one next Christmas!

I bought this not realizing this is a mini kit. I bought it for a class project. The frosting that comes with the kit doesn’t hold the pieces together, but a glue gun worked fine. It came with 2 types of hard candy to decorate. This would be a good kit for a child 2-5 years, but not a classroom.

Not even close to what I expected, the product is not only extremely poor quality but very small. Very little cheaply put together decorations. I have never been so disappointed. This product should be removed IMMEDIATELY. It is a total Rip off. Add insult to injury, Amazon does not allow it to be returned. Its highway robbery and possibly the worst purchase I have ever made. Shame on the seller and Shame on Amazon.
