Amazing flavor, low sugar
I wanted to make a quick low sugar orange cranberry sauce and tried this marmalade. It was the best I've ever made. Recipe: cook 1 bag 12 to16 oz frozen or fresh cranberries in a bit of water. Drain if necessary. (Keep the cranberry water and make a gelatin dessert later) Blend the cranberries well then add 2/3 cup sugar. Add one whole jar of this great Marmalade and stir well then refrigerate. This sauce not only great with turkey, it's amazing on pumpkin pie with whip cream.

Natural Tasting Fruit Spread With No Added Sugar
Absolutely my favorite brand of jams. I've purchased the Marmalade, Apricot, Blueberry, Pineapple mix, Fig and Strawberry. I look for jams with no added sugar or artificial sweetener and minimal ingredients. St. Dalfour uses fruit juice(s) to sweeten their jams/spreads. All the varieties I have tried have had very pleasant natural flavor. I highly recommend this item and this brand.

Oh boy! Perfect amount of everything! Finally found a good balanced marmalade for me. I would say some people are accustomed to to a heavy bitterness since some of the other brands do well making it that way. This has it but just right in my opinion. So good!

I do not like this marmalade at all! It tastes like orange peel, it's very sour and chunky! Not good, it left a very bitter taste in our mouth! Zero stars! 😩
