Even though we test every single cable going out of our store, these cables may not always work perfectly with your devices. As you know, electricity sometimes is very tricky. For example: A static spark may short the build-in chip and render cable not ios compatible and fail eventually. A loose USB connection can also cause error/warning to be displaced and/or short a cable. An iPhone protection case may get in the way and block the complete insertion of the 8-pin connector. Hence, mislead user about bad cable. There are just so many circumstances beyond our control. So, if you encounter any problem with our cables, please contact us first.
