Three Motor Failures in Two Years
In just two years, I’ve experienced three motor failures with this treadmill, which is beyond frustrating for a high-cost item. The first failure occurred in less than a month after purchase, which was a red flag. The second happened just before the one-year mark. Both times, the motor was replaced at no cost under warranty.Now, within the second year, the motor has failed again, but this time I’ve been given an estimate of 7k for replacement, which feels unreasonable given the treadmill's track record. I expected better durability and customer support for an issue that has clearly been recurring. This treadmill has proven unreliable, and at this point, I cannot recommend it to others.
