When using embossed roller, important to note do not use regular sugar in recipe switch to same amount confection sugar. It saves pattern on baked goods reg sugar makes pattern stretch, note for best results of beautiful design do not use roller handles rather push roller for better impression! It’s a lovely product have fun! NOTE treat roller with brushed oil before use use paper towel to remove excess let dry over night then use, brush with oil after cleaning wrap in parchment and store away

Easy to use and nice holiday touch.
Enjoyed sweet little “lace” sugar cookies without a lot of decorating labor. My family does not like iced Christmas cookies . Perfect solution. I found chilling the cookie dough on baking tray before oven kept their shapes better.

Small and plastic
I got it as a gift for my daughter and I was disappointed that it was smaller than usual rolling pens. It’s some kind of plastic decorative patterns.
