Matfer Bourgeat Exopap Baking Paper 600 x 400mm (Pack of 500)

I love these baking sheets. They are coated with silicone so they can take the heat and absolutely nothing sticks to them. The only reason that I didn't give these sheets five stars is their size. They're 24" x 16", a full-sheet size, but most home bakers use half-sheet sized pans, 12"x 16" (or there abouts...). So I have to cut them in half before using them. It's not a big deal and that means that there are actually twice as many in a box, but it would be nice if they were offered in a half-sheet size.

I do a LOT of baking, and have used miles and miles and miles of parchment paper. I have always just bought it from my local grocery store (usually 4 rolls at a time). I thought to look on Amazon to see if I could find it at a better price, and I did. I love the fact that these parchment sheets are precut, and the price is certainly better than what I have been paying for the parchment rolls (calculated by price/foot) at the grocery store. This is a heavy weight parchment that I am able to use several times before having to replace it. It holds up well, even in the very high heat stoneware cloche I use to bake artisan breads. Each sheet is very large, so one sheet divided in half will actually line the bottom of two full-sized baking/cookie sheets. I love the fact that the sheets are pre-cut, I love the heavy weight of this parchment, and best of all I love the price.
