Good video that covers the basics of cheese making and with a little bit of history.

Videos are not working in laptop
The CD is a clear and distinctive explanation. I have understood a lot of useful information through this CD. Thanks to the distinguished master Paula Butler. But the problem is the DVD. does not work in laptop Pc. Works only with a car TV.

Fabulous DVD! She really knows her stuff and she makes it look easy all the while really dishing facts. I've watched many Cheesemaking videos and hers is my favorite for common sense and knowing how to avoid common mistakes. I learned a lot about techniques and ingredients that others don't tell you.
