The caffeine boost is a huge help to keeping training on track, as well as giving a little extra speed to tempo workouts! I also love how you don't have to down 50 grams of sugar in an energy drink to get a little caffeine. I like the Tropical Hit flavor the best. Don't chew, remember! Just place it on the tongue and let it dissolve.

I really wanted to like these, but I read some of the reviews but I still had to try them for myself. I was running a 10K and I popped one just to see how it would effect me. First the taste was bitter, it stuck to the roof of my mouth and it dried my mouth out actually. I'm not a fan of these at all. I'm not the type to leave a review like this but these were a waste of money... Oh no boost either! I'm not even a caffeine drinker so I expected to feel something... I felt nothing. Buy something else...

These things give you just enough energy to keep going. About as much as a half cup of coffee. So, not enough to make you super wired, and just enough to make you functional when it counts.

These are supposed to melt on your tongue but they don’t and will likely be stuck to the roof of your mouth for 30 minutes.. not ideal when your running and have a slightly dry mouth.

Delivered 11/19/20 fresh and undamaged, with best by date 07/2022. Regardless which strip flavor you try the actual flavor disappears much faster then the entire strip dissolves. You however get these more for the convenient fast effect then the flavor. The 'Tropical Hit' was my least favorite flavor. The light berry taste is gone almost as immediately as you place it in mouth, and you are left with a very chemically medicinal taste in your mouth while it is dissolving and after it has dissolved it still lingers. Next there is 'Artic Charge' which tastes similar to a breath mint, and the mint lingers much longer then the berry. Fortunately this doesn't have a chemically medicinal taste like the tropical hit. The 'Cola Lemon Spark' has a very chalky 'Necco-Wafer-like' taste, but is my preferred flavor of the bunch. Of the three it has the least after taste.If you have ever used dissolving breath mint strips, you'll know that they come all together. While they will come apart easily at first they will also easily melt together into one thick brittle glob. What is great about these strips is that each individual strip is sealed in its own easy to open very thin pouch. You can leave a pack of these in your glove box or car door holder with no concern of them all melting together. These take effect faster then caffeine gum, and dissolve completely. On a long trip to keep yourself alert you can space these out popping another hourly (or some other regular interval) till you can safely get to your destination or the next rest stop.You can also leave one or two of these in your wallet without adding any real thickness and no concern of them causing a sticky mess. In a lot of manufacturing environments you can't bring a drink out with you, but these are discreet and dissolve completely right away. You can't accidently spill one of these on paperwork or electronics, and they can be just the edge you need to get through a long overtime haul project or task that once you start you have to complete before you can take your next break.Whether your a mechanic, a truck driver, a police officer tied down to a location, playing a long tournament game of chess, or looking for that last spark of energy to complete the last phase of a climb/hike/race these light-weight easy to carry and store strips can help you finish off those long arduous tasks.

I have tried other energy boosting products that both tasted better and were more effective than this product. I won’t be purchasing again.

I keep these in my nightstand and use every morning. I’m a definite night owl and these help me not be so angry in the mornings.

Bitter. Don’t dissolve on your tongue but stick to the roof of your mouth. Maybe that’s the intent? You might run faster to the next aid station to wash this hot mess down? I don’t know but these are going back in a hurry.
