For a long time I've wanted ceramic kitchen knives. I know they are better for our health. What held me back was the high cost, however, the Ceramic Kitchen Knives are most reasonable and they are truly sharp, comfortable to hold and all round wonderful knives. I am so impressed with them that I recently ordered another set for my son and his wife and a third set for my daughter and her husband. I know they will love and appreciate them as much as I do.As a side note, they arrived very shortly after I ordered them with instructions as to how to best care for them. This is a fantastic company that really cares for it's clients and I'm so happy I found them. I would order the Ceramic Kitchen Knives again and I highly recommend them.

I have had these for a few months now. They are the sharpest things I own. I have had no trouble with them. I use them a few times a week. They cut tomatoes, onions, etc... just be sure to use them on a plastic cutting board per the instructions. I had read sooo many reviews about so many ceramic knives. I went with this set based on reviews, research, and budget. This is my first set of ceramic. I have used my mother-in-law's ceramic knives, (she buys expensive ones) and they don't seem quite as sharp as hers, but they haven't let me down. For budget, these would make a great addition to your kitchen for the common family. I don't recommend these for professional use.

The knives are great- very sharp and easy to cut almost all items. It fits my hand well. I found that using the point of the knife to start a cut can cause the end to break off. All of this us in the instructions for the knife.

I have years of experience with ceramic knives. They all start out great. Some hold up great. I have had a few that chipped and crumbled in a very short time. So far so good with Chefs attractive and handy set of three most useful sizes. A pleasure to use. I suspect they are going to hold up well.

Really nice looking knives, but wont be trying them out because one of the blades was chipped upon arrival and the box looked damaged. Not happy with the quality of the blade.

Good blades for the price, but the handles stain easily. Mine ended up with permanent brown stains after some coffee spilled on them.
