It's comfortable! It is not too big or too small. I was able to use fir a short trip. I kept my head in a good and comfortable position. It is portable. The carrying bag makes it possible to keep it in your purse without taking to much space.

I used this on a trip I just returned from and found it was so very helpful on the plane. It's soft and comfortable, and was great for supporting my neck, especially since the seats barely lean back. The eye shades were perfect for napping. I thought the carrying case was such a good idea. I really like the pillow. However, I did have trouble trying to snap it back together, so that's why I gave it 4 stars rather than the 5 it otherwise deserves. I found it was no problem using it without snapping, but it would make it a bit easier to roll up to tuck it back into the case. Would Velcro be better? I will definitely recommend it for travel. I LOVE my "New Dipo Globe U=shaped Memory Foam Pillow"!! I have now used this wonderful pillow for several days and I couldn't be happier with it. Due to health reasons I have spend time in bed out of my wheelchair and I use several pillows to prop behind me as I watch shows/movies on my TV or when I play games on my tablet, this pillow has worked out wonderful and is sooo comfortable! It does come with a sleep mask but I really didn't care much for it and I normally don't use one at all. When I first received the pillow I was a little concerned that it might be a bit to small...no worries even though it might look on the small side it really isn't. It also has a snap that you can use to hold it closed if you choose to. I have used it both ways with it snapped close and it un-snapped and either way the pillow stays on and in position just fine. I also tried it out when I was laying on my side in bed watching TV, again it worked just fine and also was extremely comfortable. So if you are looking for one of these for yourself or to gift someone with, I can confidently say you will be very pleased with your purchase.I do want to add that I purchased this with a coupon I received from the seller that allowed me to purchase it for a discounted price in exchange for a completely honest and fair review. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable feeling this pillow provides in the neck area; it is not too bulky and the foam used is not too hard so it embraces with support the weight of your heard when leaning against a back seat or a wall. The cover is made of a soft velvet that can be taken off the foam to be washed (yea!). It comes with a button pressure that is strong and the side pocket allows for headset cables to stay in place. Great idea! I have had the inflated pillows of that kind before, and despite their claims, they were uncomfortable, smelled horrible and I never used them after the first try (waste of money) so this one is smell free, ready to go out of the pouch and comes with an eye cover if you need it (does not black out the light). I don't care much for that freebie as the pillow itself is worth the purchase. Once you are done using this pillow, roll it in tight and use the pressure button to lock it in place. My last pic is the pillow rolled back into its pouch. Not as neat as the way it came but close enough. This is a great travel must, I am taking this one with me to Italy!
