Why does this taste like chemicals? And the quality is off too
We use this mug daily and for the past 1-2 weeks it’s been tasting like chemicals, can you help me out and tell me why???

It doesn't fully turn "white" (it's actually tan)
Only the portion that the hot liquid touches will transition and it doesn't even let you position the photo lower so that the entire photo is visible in that spot. So the top of your photo will be cut off! 😒 I would like a refund bc this is horrible.
