Can it use on chain with o-ring?

Personally I wouldn't, a good chain lube (I use the muckoff stuff) will keep your chain in good working order with a regular chain cleaning (I use a rag with 3 in 1 oil to clean and then add the chain lube after). XCP however is by far one of the best products on the market for rust prevention, I coated mine quite liberally in November and its still working its magic now despite all of the rubbish weather we've had in the UK

Can this be used on a painted metal and cast iron garden seat that is new

I wouldn’t use it on the parts of the seat where you are sitting/touching - it leaves an oily residue that will stick to clothing

Will this inhibit temporary rust build up on brake rotors after washing a vehicle?

You should not use it anywhere near brakes! It will stop them working.

Can this be used on motorcycle chrome header pipes?

Yes you can, best way to use it is in a spray gun to give a fine mist, it will burn off when the pipes are hot. Brilliant for using prior to storing.
