After my initial purchase of 4 of these dispensers, I was very impressed with the look and make of the dispensers. They seemed heavy duty. Unfortunately after 2 months of use, they have started to rust and a soapy rust mixture oozes from the top of the pump. It looks gross and unclean. Exactly what you do not want from your soap dispenser. I have been very disappointed by the dispensers. I wish they had held up to regular use.

I bought this at the end of May in 2016. Yes, it looks nice and initially worked great. But now, as of early September 2016, it keeps getting a nasty look (requires frequently cleaning to look nice) and it is all gunked up....I can't get any soap to move through it. Back to the old cheapo soap dispensers which don't look so nice but work for years.

Had the "chrome" version of this dispenser. Ended up throwing it in the trash.Why? It needed the Hulk to get any soap out of it, and even then, only a measly smear of soap would come out. After owning it a while, IMHO, I came to see it as a chintzy dispenser, even if the soap came out like it should. The Amazon photos aren't misleading, per se, but once you have the item in your bathroom? Meh.Instead, I bought a Hollywood Lotion Pump by Jonathan Adler, it was more expensive, but now that I've got it, it's 1,000x nicer than the item I trashed. Amazon's photos may be accurate, but calling it "PREMIUM" is definitely a misnomer.

I thought I was going to love this based on the reviews. The design and function are exactly what I wanted, but it rusts! At least that's what I think it is. We have it in the bathroom of our office and I have to continually (as in a few times a day) wipe off this brown substance that comes from the pump. It just looks gross and is a pain! Maybe we got a defective product, but I would not purchase this again. In fact, now I have to find something similar that just functions better.

I got it for hand lotion and it's really hard to clean and looks yucky when half full. It came apart fairly quickly, though I was able to fix it so it works. I keep it on the shelf full, as it does look nice. I uped this to four stars as the seller reached out and offered to replace my dispenser. This is the only seller I have encountered who seems to really care about how you feel about their product, and I would definitely buy from them again. It really is attractive, and works fine for soap.

I like the overall look of this product. I have owned it for a few months and at first it was great. Then it got rusty. I have to clean it really well every few weeks or black rust ooze comes out the dispenser along with the soap. For the price, it's not a bad product, but it was not made to last. I plan on replacing this product with a one of better quality in the future. Admittedly, I never contacted the company nor do i plan to. I don't want to return or get a refund b/c i don't want to invest that much time in a soap dispenser. All in all it's an ok product, but nothing spectacular.

The ease of putting this thing together, In fact it's already together when you get it... But I was able to just pour some soap in with no problem......The pump system is really great output, not too much and not too little...There is no sticking of the pumping mechanism, it's so smooth.....We really bought this with our kids in mind as they use way too much soap as they become responsible dish washers:)We don't have that kind of money to buy dish liquid soap like Myers or seventh generation brand every other week while they learn how to dishes....This gadget was/ is perfect for the purpose.... Thanks for a wonderful product... No complaints, at least not yet....

I was not going to review this item because I was emailing with the people at the company who were trying to get me to write a review. In the end I decided to send this back because the pump is too heavy for the bottle and it difficult to use.. The soap shoots out into the sink and does not go into the sponge.. quite messy. Anyway.. I cannot honestly recommend it.. It is quite expensive and mine did not work properly.
