First perfectly on my 5000 series- it's seem a bit pricey, but works.

I am using this particular carafe for my Philips 5500 and it works just as good as the original. As with most people the clip on the bottom of the black side piece snapped off and therefore I needed a replacement. This one works great!

My old one didn't froth my milk anymore so I had to get a new one. I do not recommend to put it in the dishwasher I would only handwash it. I used to put my old one in the dishwasher and that melted the side where the milk goes through and ended up not frothing my milk anymore.

I think it’s fine and works the same as the original one but for some reason it doesn’t say the brand name on it like on the original one which is weird bcoz it’s being sold by the original brand. And I think it’s very pricey for its quality and product.
