This is a fantastic product for what I needed which was to duplicate to two screens from a pS5 for multiplayer gaming and it works fantastically. It will always default to the lowest resolution screen so in my case 1080p so I was unable to test it out with two 4K screen but from my experience it was as simple as plugging in the HDMI'S required and and the power supply (not supplied but a 5V plug is relatively easy to come by) and setting up the brightness and screen size and that was all there was not discernible lag and no issues with picture quality. If this is what you are needing it for do not hesitate as it is a fantastic machine for the job.

Works great at splitting my switch 2 to 2 monitors. Could not test the sound because both monitors had no speakers.

Bought this splitter so I could monitor my 10yrs olds gameplay/Youtube by watching on a 2nd TV in our living room (we'd moved his PS4 to his bedroom). The setup was PS4 as input and 2 old HDTV's connected to output. One TV was 10m away. The unit didn't work at first. The "far" TV (the one 10m away) worked but the only way we could get the near TV (the one being used with his PS4) to work was by disconnecting the farTV. It was by changing settings ont the nearTV that got things to work. I can't remember which (but switching game mode from OFF to ON, on the TV settings was one setting we changed). I also noticed that the EDID switch on the OREI splitter needed to be in the TV position.

I am using it to send the output from my Sky Q Box to my Living room TV and a bedroom TV via a 6 metre HDMI cable. Sky Q has 4k HDR output, Both TV's Have 4k HDR. The only small point is the LED's on the front are extremely Bright and distracting. I have put some masking tape over them to reduce the glare. VERY IMPORTANT, the EDID switch on the Orei UHDS-102 must be set to TV to allow HDR passthrough. So far the unit is working perfectly and the bonus of Sky Q is that the remote is Bluetooth and can be used from the bedroom to control the Sky Q box. Much cheaper than paying for Sky multiroom!

Good HDMI Splitter, works fine

This was the second HDMI splitter I bought, the first one was light, cheap feeling. And didn't work! This feels heavy, feels quality. And more importantly, works straight out of the box! 4k 60hz! Pay the little bit extra and get this instead of them black boxes with "HDMI splitter" on the top.

Connected Amazon Fire TV 4K Max. to OREI UltraHD 4K. AFTV display settings diagnose confirmed 4K as good. However, streamed playback from Amazon Prime was random black screen, rendering 007 Spectre movie unwatchable. Tried with other Prime 4K content, same bad result. Item returned. Purchased Ezcoo Audio Extractor, that one works just fine.

After purchasing many splitters that say they put out 4k but don't. I can confirm this actually dose 4k and ultra HD content. From my virgin media box to my Samsung QLED TV. Iv only had it for a day but it does what I wanted to to do.

Bought this to use it on the PS3 ( didn’t do much research because it shouldn’t be that complicated) but it DOES not work on it. It goes well with the PS5 and stuff. But had to send it back because for me it was the worng product
