What is the bend radius for 1/4 tube?

Measured with dial calipers across the bend surface is .730 it appears to be a 13/32 or .406 radius. I Bent some 1/4" tubing into a circle with it and it came out to .812 inside diameter.

Can this bend 3/16 inch stainless steel tubing?

Worked fine with 0.035 wall 1/4. You should have no problem with 3/16.

Can this tool bend a 1/8 inch steel tube? I see that most people are using it on copper and aluminum.

It depends on the mailability of the metal. If it does not ben easily, the tube bender will not be able to bend it.

Can bender be used to make a coil?

I think it would be possible to form a coil, but the tool is really designed to make 1 to 90 degree bends and it is easy to continue to 180 degrees. It is important to remember that the tool only bends to one radius.
