I just used these for the first time to make fruit leather and am very happy. I had been fighting a battle with silicone parchment paper and I was losing. With these liners, the dried fruit peeled off with ease and imparted no artificial flavors at all. Easy to clean and then store them in my dehydrator. Easy peazy.

Glad to have silicone vs Teflon
I have a set of 4 of the sheets from Excalibur and never thought about what they were made of till I looked on Amazon for them & saw these listed as NOT Teflon, but silicone, instead. They have more grip than the Teflon. I haven’t used them for making fruit leather yet, but I’m excited to use something I know won’t leave any toxins in my food.

Best Accessory for the dehydrator
I booth these to make fruit leather. Fit perfectly in my Excalibur dehydrator. No leaking or mess. I thought I would need to put something along the sides to prevent the liquid from spilling off but I didn’t. Couldn’t be happier with them.

Much easier cleanup than the sheets that came with the dehydrator
The fact that these sheets have some heft make them so much easier to clean than the sheets that came with the dehydrator.
