I have issues with lack of curvature in my cervical spine/neck and I have gone through probably 10 different pillows over the past 5 years trying to find the one that will work for me. I have been using this pillow every night for over 6 months now and I am very happy to say this pillow is the winner hands down!I sleep mostly on my side and my stomach but also flop over onto my back throughout the night. The firm, high sides of this pillow support my head and neck very comfortably while sleeping on my side, with or without my arm underneath the pillow & my head. When I switch to sleeping on my back my body naturally moves my head into the channel without waking me up and keeps my head level with a bit of cervical support,. I have not found a pillow previous to this one that supported my side sleeping position and kept my head elevated enough to where my neck felt comfortable.With other pillows I tested my head would push all the stuffing out from under it so I would have to flip my pillow over several times throughout the night. This pillow is a solid piece of (non-toxic woo hoo!) latex so there is no stuffing to run away and because it's half the width of a standard pillow it would have nowhere to go anyway.I love this pillow so much and I am very happy the expensive pillow experimentation is over and I found 'The One!' A pillow that not only supports my head and neck properly but that is made of natural materials.

I absolutely LOVE this pillow! I often sleep on my back and I have been putting this pillow under my knees. I used to wake up constantly with leg cramps but from the very first time I used this pillow, I haven't had any. It is strong enough to support the weight of my legs and no matter how many times I bend or fold this pillow, it always retunrs to it's original shape in the morning. It doesn't bunch up or flatten out like other pillows I've tried (that cost double or triple what I paid for this one). I can't imagine a night without it!

It is great for people with neck problems. Fantastic if you sleep on your back. Only issue is when you turn on your side, it is a little stiff on your ear for a few minutes. It does soften up though and your neck definately feels better in the morning. I prop it on top of my regular latex foam pillow and it aligns my neck with the shoulders perfectly.

It did help with some neck pain issues that I was having, but after awhile it starts to get uncomfortable and I switch back to my old latex pillow during the night.

I bought this pillow to help with neck pain, it does take some getting used to, but it has really good neck support. I did wake up during the night with my mouth wide open, not a good thing since I snore. Not sure if this pillow is the one for me. Too bad we can't just try them out first before we buy.

I started sleeping on this pillow a few weeks ago. I don't have the neck and shoulder pain I used to have before. I wish it was more firm but perhaps that would defeat its purpose.

The most FANTASTIC surprise of a pillow! I literally lay my head down in this pillow and I fall right asleep. Incredibly supportive for your entire head & neck. I couldn't believe the price a GREAT VALUE!! for less than $100.00, but now I'm so grateful for this pillow. I think I'm going to start traveling with this!!!

Really worked to relive stiff neck/shouders in the morning. Sleeping better with this instead of a standard pillow. Only drawback is that a standard pillow case does not it well on it. Otherwise, 5 stars - would purchase again.
