Portable heat is nice while it lasts
Got this for my spouse who makes lots of road trips. It is nice that it is portable heat and is comfortable to wear. We have had no issues with battery life and are happy with the 'strength' of the heat and the added benefits of the infrared heat.***Update*** After a month of light use (12-15 heat cycles), I have to report that we have issues with our battery life. We leave the pack to charge until green, and then can only get one 30-min cycle of "med" heat from the charge when used immediately. Then the pack will not turn on again until fully charged and used immediately again. If we store the pack unplugged from the charger even after being fully charged, it will not turn on. When the wrap does work, the heat is as strong as always. But there is something wrong with how these batteries are able to store a charge.

Great for muscle pain and more!
Bought this when I had a muscle spasm, but use it on cool mornings, just because it is so comfortable and toasty! I have a Venture heated vest already, so thought I would gamble on this, and the gamble paid off! The battery is a little clunky to install into the wrap, and you have to pull it out to charge it, so that part could be a little better, and might be the wrap's downfall down the road (as the compartment into which the battery is placed looks like the only part that could "fail" mechanically), but so far, it is holding up.

It has starting trouble even if the battery is fully charged. You never know that it will be started or not, when you want heat. Heating is very weak. Battery take long time to charge and charge does not last long enough.
