Finally got it working.
I could not figure out how to get it to come on. I thought it was broke. There are no instructions and what writing there is it is in Chinese. I finally got it to work. You can definitely feel it working on the chin muscles so it has to do something good.

Language limitations. It uses just Chinese
The machine has no language options. Its in complete Chinese or Japanese or some Asian language. However it is good and simple to use.

I’m not sure about the result yet but it’s a strong machine. It pulls my jawline muscles pretty hard

Not satisfied
I received this product with no English instructions.All the information was in Mandarin only!Also could not get the product to do the massage mode. The box also came with a red dot on it so I’m thinking this one was probably indicated as defective
