It is a wonderful book
This is a wonderful book, that is full of fantastic descriptions of the 1960's and 1970's football world and of the marvelous London. I would immediately recommend it both to football lovers and to people who are not so much interested in football. It is a very well done work, which will inspire both older and younger generations.

well written book with interesting yarns
for someone of my age (77) I was a Millwall support from 56/70 till i moved to Reading so it was great. But he also gave an interesting slant on young footballers trying to make it from non to football leagues if they worked hard

From rags to riches.
A really entertaining read about a boy from a small village in Essex who become, through talent and hard work, one of the best goalkeepers in the country. I really enjoyed this tale.

Just goes to prove that Bryan King was one of the best Keepers in his day.
Fantastic read, some funny stories and a real insight into the club during the 70's, though most was common knowledge.
