Why is the price so high, isn't it supposed to be around 23,000?

lack of availability because of that price hiked and it also includes GST.

It should be around 27k with gst so why is it so expensive?

Because of high demand and low supply And Amazon 8.5% additional charges also affect the price

Normally the price was 26000 to 28000 few months ago but now i am getting it at 22000 so i was just wondering that is it genuine ?

Short answer is No. Check the seller, if they're a old seller with good ratings before buying. The new sellers who are selling it at 20-22k range are scammers who send Crayons, nail polish etc instead of the CPU. Make sure you're buying from a reputed seller. The average price is around 23-25k right now.
