It is a rare kind of Sauvignon from pink grapes that produce a wine with more body than the Sauvignon Blanc. It has a discreet nose and a much more exuberant palate, with good underlying minerality and some spicy aromas akin to a restrained Gewurztraminer. A white for powerful fish."
