Loved this henna!
This was such a beautiful orange/red in my hair, as well as helping the health of it too. To the point where I had to do my roots every 2-3 weeks from growing so fast! I tried one other before finding this kilo bag and since I’m a sucker for a bargain, I couldn’t resist! There’s multiple ways you can dye release with different liquids but I used chamomile tea with a small amount of castor oil, sweet almond oil and honey to help with moisture. I dye released for 5 hours and left on my hair for 3 hours using clingfilm to keep it from drying out. The colours are so beautiful! If you follow a natural hair care routine, it may remove a small amount of the dye. I noticed this after a few oiling treatments and it depends on what your natural colour is as mine faded to blonde in some parts which tbf did blend quite well. Bear in mind, make sure you will want to have red hair for a while before using henna. It doesn’t just dye your hair, it stains the hair shaft and most hairdressers will not want the liability of removing the colour. Red is the hardest to remove! I am originally light blonde (this is why I had to do my roots so often, I started to look bald!) and after 6 months i wanted to go back to my natural colour. 2 months, 3 rounds of bleach and many many purple shampoo-ings and violet rinses later, the orange tone is only just calming down. I used bleach and I’m aware people try to warn you from doing this but make sure to do a small sample before applying to your noggin. I needed a cut anyway so I tested with the cut hair and luckily this henna doesn’t have salts and was safe to use. Just PLEASE make sure to do a test sample before bleaching to remove the red. I’m sure there are other much safer ways to remove red henna but as soon as I get an idea in my head, I must go through with it asap 😅 All in all, this was a lovely natural way to dye my hair after wanting ginger/red/auburn for a long time before taking the plunge and I definitely don’t regret it. I would be more likely to try the blonde next to see if it blends okay with my platinum/ash roots!

Covered all greys, turned them into lovely highlights
Have been using it to dye hair for over a year. it is not 100% henna, it mixed with indigo that gives a blue tone to neutral henna’s orange colour, and another spice to condition the hair as henna will dry hair. It feels slightly oily that was great for the hair but unsure it will set for body henna. The colour is not as strong as other brands as it mix with other herbs but still gives a very natural brown colour and covered the greys well, the grey will turned into reddish brown highlights and give the hairstyle more texture. I weighed the product when arrived, the weight was correct unlike some other suppliers sent products weight less than what it said on the package. The colour of the product is also a fresh light green, which means it is not old and outdated. Highly recommend this product. In fact I am just about to order a second bag.

Worst product...no sign of henna
Worst product ever purchased. This is not henna,an absolute waste of money. I am a Indian residing in United Kingdom.i have henna plant back in home country. This was not smelling like henna powder. A real henna will start extracting dye at the moment it gets wet. This one was not like that at all. I Left the mixture for nearly 15 hrs to activate before applying on to my grey hair and also I left it on my hair for nearly 3 hours. There wasn't any colour change, grey hair remained grey itself .wasted money and my time!!!

Good quality
I’m really impressed with this henna! This is the second time I've ordered this henna. The color came out rich and natural, and it left my hair feeling soft and shiny after I rinsed it with apple vinegar. It’s easy to apply, has a pleasant herbal smell, and covers grey hair beautifully. I’ve tried other brands before, but this one gave me the best results so far. Highly recommend it!

Very good quality for hair
This works very well on hair! I mix it with warm coffee and a bit of lemon juice, I use a whisk to mix it really well and get rid of the lumps. I leave it to develop overnight, sometimes even longer and it gets really creamy. I use it on grey hair, freshly washed, leave it on for around 4h and then I follow with indigo to darken it. I do the grown roots every 5 weeks or so. I've used some of the smaller packets from other brands on Amazon that say organic. They were fine but this one is amazing so please maintain the quality, dear producers! 🙏 And the price is unbeatable, as well, so thank you! Also if you could supply the INDIGO powder as well, please, that will be perfect, thank you🙏 Just a note from my own observations in case you're looking to use it on skin, I noticed while I put it on my hair and if it goes on my skin, it comes off easily, so I'm not sure if it works as well for skin.

This is my regular hair dye.
I use this for my hair. Good colour, best results if I leave it on as long as possible (even all day).

Best quality and value for money
Amazing value for money and the best quality Henna I've ever used. Method: mix powder with hot water and a teaspoon of vinegar and leave to rest with a cover over the bowl for a few hours (4-6 hours). Warm the Henna up again over a pot of hot water and add more hot water till you have a Greek yoghurt like consistency. Apply Henna to clean hair, wrap head in clingfilm and wait 2-4 hours. Wash out without shampoo, only conditioner.

Ok product
Value for money. Gives intense colour and smooth texture of the powder makes it easier to apply. But it makes the hair too dry after wash even after adding lots of oil to the mixture when applying.
