The quality is very nice; it seems heavy duty.Others mentioned poor packaging--that's an OVERSTATEMENT!!! The only thing that mine had was a plastic bag type thing around it and the box was damaged. I got mine before an email from the company arrived stating when I signed to get it, I was agreeing that there was no damage and I could under no circumstances return it.It makes me sad to see a nice product get rated poorly because of lousy shipping methods.
