Overall pleased with this set so far, initially I was concerned with the push up bars being made out of only hard plastic instead of being heavy duty, but they have held up with now issue. Ab roller provides a lot of stability, jump ropes are smooth (added weight is nice). I haven't used the resistance bands yet.

The media could not be loaded.  I have been so motivated to workout harder since I've purchased this. I can workout anywhere including in my office.

Great product

I love the weighted jump rope. I am excited to keep practice with the ab roller. I am still working on my form. The handle make it so much better. Great for beginners and easy to use and assemble.

Love the set and easy to use

I've got mixed feelings about this set - it wasn't really all that impressive out of the box. The items have a cheap feel, and they're all very lightweight plastic. I worry that they won't hold up in the long run, be it from regular use or just the intensity of the workout. The handles especially are a little lighter than I'd like. I do like the ab wheel and it provides a great workout. Everything is simple to use and there's a nice variety here, so it'd make a good starter set if you're wanting to test out the different options. It suits my needs, but won't be for everyone - especially those who plan on using these on a regular basis.

The resistance bands are probably my favorite, versatile and easy to use. The pushup handles are nice and the ab roller I used for just a little bit and could feel it for 2 days! The pad really helps. Jump rope is good, just make sure you wear shoes before you use it otherwise it can hurt!

I love how many different things came with this purchase! The knee pad is great. I love that the jump rope has weights to put in it. Ab roller is easy to use. I like the handles to take the weight off my wrist especially since I have cysts. Very happy.
