Solvetta FlatBox-LunchBox, in Black/Pink

After one school year of going through 4 lunchboxes and hating at least one thing about every one of them, I got one of these (different colors) a year ago for my son and have loved it. No matter what I make him for lunch, regardless of what packaging/dishes/containers I use, it will fit inside this. It not only holds a lot but also is flexible enough that it will give to accommodate even larger square shaped containers that may not normally fit.It's easy for kids to zip up, and love the fact that it doubles as a placemat. I throw it in the wash with his school uniforms every Saturday and don't have to worry about the germs and bacteria that would normally be covering his lunchbox.We're reusing his again this year because it's still in great shape, and I purchased this pink and black one for my daughter who is starting school this year.

I got 2 of these (one each) for my kids for school. They are super excited that they have a "transformer" lunch bag! I love that it folds out to a place mat - very cool concept. I also love that it folds flat for storage and is machine washable - super awesome for me as the mom - washer and keeper of all the things. I do feel like the internal storage capacity could be bigger, though. Right now, it's great for my kids' lunches, but I don't think it would hold an adult size lunch - depending on what you eat, of course. I put a little thermos in there to hold my son's spaghetti-o's and it took up about 70% of the available space.

I really wanted to love everything about this lunch bag. I ordered the regular size for my 9 year old son. I can fit the same amount of food in this bag that we could in a standard kid's size lunch bag. My son typically has a small water bottle, a sandwich and an apple or orange, etc, and yogurt and an ice pack, and it all fits pretty well. My son only opens one flap when he uses it because of his limited space at his school lunch table, but it still provides a clean surface for him. I love that it is washable and line dries so quickly. My biggest complaint is the bulkiness/shape. It takes up a lot of space in his backpack, but it isn't a huge deal because it's flexible enough to smoosh a little bit if necessary.Overall, it's a great washable option and I'd recommend it.

The lunchbox works well the zippers stay up and I love the material. The only negatives are that you cannot fully close it so there is always a small opening at the top and also it really doesnt have that much stretch. I bought this for my kindergartener and it is the perfect size for her lunch but I cant see this being large enough to accommodate a teen or adult size lunch. The one thing I do like however is that even though things are a tight fit on the inside it hugs everything snugly so everything doesn't jostle around crushing chips or sandwiches. I would recommend this lunchbox for childeren or people who pack small lunches.

Is practical and is made with great material..my granddaughter used it lot for school..and is machine washable,comes out perfect and clean. I already both 2 of different colors.

We have been using this lunchbox for a year and a half now - a year and a half! In the past, no matter what I'd spent or how "washable" a lunchbox claimed to be, it never was. We would go thorough several lunch boxes a year. This product is just awesome, just throw it in the washing machine and hang it to dry and it's as good as new.

i like the product! it has a good material and is washable. however, it doesn't hold a lot of stuff inside. if you over stuff it my 5 year old can't zip it back (because of her small fingers) i bought this for my 5 year old who is now going to kindergarten and she is still having a little struggle to zip it all back. she is still using it, however she doesn't use it as a place mat because of her zipping issues. she probably will when she gets to 1st grade.

I like the concept but after you zip up the 4 corners, there's a large hole at the top. Defeats the purpose of having an insulated bag. returned it.
