3/8" (0.375 inch) Flush Mount Black Plastic Body and Sheet Metal Hole Plug - Qty 25

Fot perfectly to fill a test hole in ducting for a wet bulb test. Used a step drill up to the 3/8" mark.

Used this plug to close up a 3/8" hole in the bottom of my motorcycle tour trunk where a wire was removed. Excellent fit, good and snug, no need for adhesive of any sort.

I had an open hole in a door threshhold and found these little plugs. Even though the opening was 3/8", I had a hard time getting this to fit. I went through 3 before I finally got one in the hole. It's a very tight fit, and the plastic plug easily crushes when trying to get it down in there. Once crushed, it can no longer function and you have to toss it. It took me 3 tries before I was successful. I found it very important to push straight down and make sure the plug was not angled at all. That's how I finally succeeded. Now that it's in, it looks great and did the trick. Luckily, I really only needed one, so it wasn't a big issue that I ruined a few in the process. I've got lots of extras left over in case I ever need more.

I wanted to replace breaking plastic plugs in our door thresholds. These are pushed into 3/8" OD holes as measured with a digital caliper. These replacements don't fit. I damaged one trying to 'convince' it to go in, no deal.I measured the minimum diameter of these replacements. They're really 10mm+/-, just enough over 3/8" that they're a no go.I drilled out one of the threshold holes to 25/64", 9.92mm. A tight, but very good fit. Drilled out all the holes, pushed firmly on the new plugs and all done.

I purchased this 3/8" sheet metal hole plug kit to use on my 2018 Coleman - CT100U Mini Bike front fender. My CT100U Mini Bike has aftermarket suspension front forks & the OEM front fender did not bolt straight on because of this & so I purchased a new CT100U Mini Bike rear fender instead & I had to drill new mounting hole into it. Being the rear fender had holes in it from the original mounting holes I hated how it looked. So I purchased these 3/8" sheet metal hole plugs to plug up the holes & it looks so much better now. They are excellent quality & look like they will hold up for many years of use & they hold nice & tight, which I needed for the off-road riding I do. I highly recommend this product & Amazon seller to anyone.

Did not work for me.

I bought these to plug up four extra holes in a metal box. They fit perfectly. I little force to snap them in and very secure once in place. Very pleased with these plastic plugs.
